· Marketing/ Business Administration diploma or equivalent experience.
· Demonstrated knowledge of our industry, product lines and suppliers.
· Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
· An ability to effectively manage and prioritize many tasks to meet deadlines.
· Proven track record demonstrating a high level of performance as it pertains to customer service and merchandising.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
· Ability to perform well as a team player.
· Knowledge of how to apply a problem solving process.
· Understanding of ISO9002 and related Quality systems.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Ability to work independently, is a self starter, takes ownership, is accountable for own work and results, is an innovative thinker.
· Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.
· Purchasing experience would be an asset.
